Step-by-step instructions for granting Integral access to your Shopify store so we can build and connect your headless storefront.
Follow these steps to invite Integral as a staff member with the permissions needed to build and connect your headless storefront.
Go to your store's admin panel. The URL will look like this:
Not sure what your store URL is? Check your Shopify welcome email or look at the URL in your browser when you're logged in to the Shopify dashboard.
From the left sidebar, go to:
Enable all of the following permissions before sending the invite:
Important: If you're on the Basic Shopify plan, you may be limited to 2 staff accounts. If the invite button is unavailable, you'll need to upgrade to the Shopify plan or above to add another staff member.
Click Send invite. Integral will receive an email and accept from their end. You're done — no further action needed on your side.
Also send us your store's .myshopify.com URL so we can reference it on our end:
Create a store first, then follow Route A above. You only need the basic plan to get started — Integral handles the build from there.
Go to shopify.com and sign up. Use an email and store name that represents your brand. You'll get a free trial — no payment needed to start.
Pick your store name carefully — it becomes your permanent .myshopify.com URL and cannot be changed later (even if you connect a custom domain).
Once your store is created, go back to the top of this page and follow Route A steps 1–5 to invite Integral as a staff member.
Once Integral accepts the invite, we'll create the API credentials needed to connect your store to the headless site. For reference, here's how it works:

You don't need to do this yourself — Integral handles API setup once we have staff access. This is here so you know what we're building.
Alongside the Shopify invite, we need the following to build out the store:
